一个问题，求助SmartFTP的用户

本人在www.xtreemhost.com申请了一个免费的空间（我的在里面安装了个wordpress的博客，mingran.xtreemhost.com或www.mingran.co.cc），此空间的大致信息如下：

相当慷慨的一个host网站。
下面说我自己遇到的问题了，我自己按照xtreemhost给的信息，FTP hostname:ftp.xtreemhost.com FTP username:xth_6663183
试图用SmartFTP访问该空间，确定密码是正确的，可是一直重复这个错误：

请问这是什么原因？～～但愿不是GFW的原因
