PEAR怎么使用不了？

PEAR已经安装到PHP.exe所在目录中了，并在PHP.ini中include_path设置了。
但一包含

require_once("Cache.php");

就出现以下东西了……，我不是已经安装了吗？为什么还要再次安装？

不推荐使用：函数 ereg() 已过时
你在使用 php 5.3.x 吧？

直接从网上下出来，解压后放在某个地方，然后改动一下php.ini文件
