mysql in 语句的问题

有条sql语句 select * from a where a.catid in('1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0');
就会查询不出来东西，但是如果用
select * from a where a.catid in(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0);
就可以查询出来东西
再者 select* from a where a.catid in('1,2'); 也可以
求高手解释
