虚拟机vmplayer使用感受

是这样，我的机器系统是win7,我用vmware安装ubuntu到物理硬盘时 在装grub到sda1，也就是我的c盘点时候会报错
于是直接用光盘安装了，win7和ubuntu双系统。使用没有任何问题，
我现在想把ubuntu导入到win7下的vmware中，
然后按网上的个例子用修改xorg.conf和写个开机脚本，链接到 /etc/rc2.d/实现既可以从硬盘启动，又可以在虚拟机中打开Ubuntu的效果,
但是我在导入Ubuntu的时候会报错
Cannot open the disk 'D:\FILEPATH\Ubuntu.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
Reason: The partition table on the physical disk has changed since the disk was created.
Remove the physical disk from the virtual machine, then add it again.

想请教下这种情况该怎么处理，放狗没找到相关资料 - -
