远程连接mysql数据库是报mysql eror number 2003

在本地连接时都可正常登入，只是远程访问mysql数据库是报
could not connect to the specified instance.
mysql error number 2003
can't connect to mysql server on 'ip'(10065)
if you want to check network connection ,please click the ping

远程－cmd－〉ping IP地址能通。。

看下这个IP是否有远程连接的权限...
