谁能解决困扰我很久的DIV中嵌套iframe，IFRAME下面所有的DIV都不显示的问题吗

小弟写了一个页面，页面里面嵌套了一个iframe，如果有iframe，那么footer层就显示不出来，如果没有iframe，一切显示正常，不知道这是什么原因。代码如下，希望大侠们帮忙分析一下，可以把代码拷贝到本地测试一下。。
