编译安装stellarium的问题

最近要用qualnet仿真软件 安装手册中的要求是这样的
然后我输这条命令后 显示我没安装glibc
我下载了两个包 glibc-2.3.2.tar.gz 和 glibc-linuxthreads-2.3.2.tar.gz 按照网上找的办法编译安装
但是有错误：
拜托大家帮我看看这是怎么回事好么？
