求助XML头信息解释

最近在学习Spring 发现找到的种资料里的applicationContext*.xml配置文件的关信息有各种写法，如：

等等等，请问这些是根据什么写的？最好能详细解释下，谢谢了！！！

xmlns是名称空间，是固定死的。不能随便更改，不同的公司定义的名称空间不同
名称空间是xml中的一个重要概念
