3g路由器不能拨号成功，有提示信息，大牛们看看？

大牛们帮我看看，总是提示拨号不成功。
已经切换到上网卡模式了：
有ttyUSB0~3
但就是没有拨号成功。论坛里有相关的贴子，但是有解决此问题的大牛们是以邮件的方式传播解决方法的。

每次都是这样子。这张TD-SCDMA的上网卡。其他的卡，如电信的CDMA2000，我也会遇到这个问题，上网卡的驱动应该是加载好了，VID/PID值也是有变化过的，ttyUSB接口也有好几个，主要是拨号不行。电信的一张EC189,EC122卡是CDMA2000的，是有时可以拨号成功，有时候不能拨号成功。拨号不成功就是：
 LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests
这样的提示。
