【Ext】GridPanel中的tbar可以修改listeners里面的方法么（百分在线等）

试过了addListener和removeListener方法，都没有生效。

以上是tbar里的内容，我想在一个function中，即触发一个事件的时候，修改html里面的src="itemAddForm.html"> ，菜鸟请教如何实现，谢谢
