solaris 5.8上SNMP服务异常

solaris 5.8上SNMP服务异常，日志报错如下

ps -ef |grep snmp 能看到进程。
在网管监控solarwinds中无法添加进去。拷贝其他OLARIS上SNMP服务正常的配置文件过来，还是报同样的错误。
