[已解决]中了VBS:Runner-FG nt32.exe,315load32.exe,load32.exe

上网找了不少网站,但全英文太难明白而且也试过用regedit去DEL 有关"nt32.exe", "315load32.exe", "load32.exe"但不给我DEL.....现在在安全模式中不能贴图....请问有高手可以帮忙吗?

防毒用FREE的avast! Free Antivirus想装nod32,但装不到了(eugi.exe应该被感染了)装YAC也装不到...T.T

下载 Hijackthis至桌面 > 按 Install > 按[ Accept] > 按 [Do a system scan and save a logfile ] > 完成扫瞄系统，hijackthis会弹出报告。

储存该扫瞄报告於桌面。请把Hijackthis 扫瞄报告贴上。

SAFE MODE都可以执行Hijackthis扫瞄。
如果做唔到Hijackthis扫瞄,试做OTL扫瞄:

楼主分两次做OTL run fixed:

第1次:
双按OTL.exe > 将下列档案copy & paste 到Custom Scans/Fixes框架内 > 按左上角[Run Fix];执行fix前要关闭浏览器。
成功fixed (删除)会有通知(Fix complete! Click OK to open the fix log.) >按OK > 重启电脑。

请将OTL fix log贴上。

你要关闭浏览器同所有其他程式(祗剩OTL)至可以run fixed。

OK,楼主要做埋以下扫瞄,删除恶意程式同病毒残留;有需要就入安全模式做:

1. 下载/执行Junkware Removal Tool扫毒。执行扫毒前请关闭所有浏览器同程式。
(JRT会自动删除附於浏览器的恶意程式/档案/登录档)

2. 下载/执行 AdwCleaner (Xplode) 扫毒。(按[Clean] 扫毒/删除)
(执行AdwCleaner关闭所有浏览器/程式)

3. 关闭所有防毒软件(包括Windows Defender),下载ComboFix至桌面 ,执行 ComboFix 扫毒。
扫瞄时不要执行其他程式或点击 ComboFix视窗。
完成扫瞄后,ComboFix 报告会自动弹出。

4. 下载 OTL.exe於桌面。双按OTL.exe > 按Run Scan > 完成后请将OTL扫瞄报告(OTL.txt)贴上。
(OTL扫瞄需时较长,请耐心等候)

请贴上以下报告:
a. JRT扫毒报告。
b. AdwCleaner删毒报告。

做左JRT同ComboFix扫瞄先。

但COMBO FIX在正常MODE RUN到出REPORT个时会自动熄机(好似跳制咁直接熄)

入返SAFEMODE先出到REPORT...

1. 下载/执行SUPERAntiSpyware Portable Scanner Personal Edition扫毒。
(勾选页面I agree to the product license terms.,就会出现下载link)

2. . 下载 OTL.exe於桌面。双按OTL.exe > 按Run Scan > 完成后请将OTL扫瞄报告(OTL.txt)贴上。
(OTL扫瞄需时较长,请耐心等候)

请贴上以下报告:
a. SAS扫毒报告。
b. 新1份OTL.txt扫瞄报告。

双按OTL.exe > 将下列档案copy & paste 到Custom Scans/Fixes框架内 > 按左上角[Run Fix];执行fix前要关闭浏览器。
成功fixed (删除)会有通知(Fix complete! Click OK to open the fix log.) >按OK > 重启电脑。

1. safe mode can, normal mode cannot (tryed: ctrl+shift, alt+shift, ctrl+space)

2. since combo fix need to turn off the Avast,so i uninstall it.... now i installing the nod32

Reset File Permissions
Register System Files
Repair Internet Explorer
Remove Policies Set By Infections
Repair Files Associations
Remove Temp Files

从上述扫瞄报告睇,病毒/恶意程式已被清除。

1. 如果系统/运作回8正常,请跟#8帖移除Hijackthis/ComboFix等等的扫瞄软件。

2. 请用CCleaner Free删除temp files/登录档,用Windows预载defrag功能,做番1次磁碟重组(defrag)。

岩岩发现重新开机后...都会变左只可以打英文,要C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe, 双按ctfmon.exe先打到中文
SUPERAntiSpyware Professional系5系招放系到防身用?而家用紧正版 ESET,两只会5会相撞?

1. 先去启动项目勾选番ctfmon启动。(开始 > 输入 msconfig > 按Enter)

2. SAS可以同ESET一齐用,唔会冲突。

中了'影像劫持'病毒就算俾你装到删毒软件,病毒会防阻删毒软件执行/运行。
