Thunder blot display in china

I want to know, can I buy it at china?
I checked apple.com.cn, it only have the Old vers which is for mini display port, don't have the Thunderbolt one...

becuase I have a thunderbolt Mac book air need send to china user to use , but he want have a 27" Mon too.

Or I must bring from hk?
