Correct, the speed will be limited because of the sata generation.
But the price for sata3 and 1 is probably the same unless you have some friend would like to get rid of the old gen. SSD then you can get it for cheap.
128GB... is not really enough.
Just go for Crucial M4 240GB, it is ~US$150, very affordable.

you should change your HDD to optical drive space, and put your SSD on HDD space,optical drive adapter for macbook, 请问边到有得买?

coz, your HDD should have SATA2, and your Optical drive is SATA1
