I have the same situation like you today. I have to reboot it into recovery mode and then format the phone to original state. Then the problem is gone but I lost all my data. I have to setup the phone from the very beginning. It is so frustrated.

Just press the power button, volume up and the home button together for several seconds. Then release them and the phone will boot into recovery mode. Choose the format system .... something like that.

我都试过一次类似情况，解决办法是去
设定>应用程式管理员>右键>重设。
