红米note连接电脑

想请教
今日尝试连接红米note 到电脑
已开启usd侦测除错, 已安装小米手机助手
但如果只是选 "电脑相片" , 电脑会马上显示一个 "相机"的 icon, 然后只可以进入手机睇相片
但是如果选择"档案传输", 则会出现驱动程式安装失败, 电脑亦没有出现一个 "手机"样子的 icon
而我试插个旧小米2, 马上出现一个 "手机"icon, 可以马上进入手机交换资料

请问各位用紧 note的 c hing, 有没有成功连接过电脑?

a)use wirefii install 360 , in mobile and computer
at computer click connect mobile with cable , then it will have a barcode-> scan > download and install > computer connect to 360

b)the cable inside the box can not connect because the tip is not long enough , buy another one with longer , you can bring the cable to compare , install the driver in website then can connect., yes the cable with mobile is a problem...

我用小米2, 红米1S
可以经"小米手机助手" 轻易地连上电脑进行资料传输
唯独红米note不可以
刚才问过 online 客服, 佢地话红米note是不可以的
但没有解释原因
