MAC OS upgrade to Mavericks

2011 imac 21" i7 4gb ram upgrade 到Mavericks后变得非常慢。
就算只打开一个app或开folder都会迟几秒。
以前convert影片都做到24fps，宜家只维持7fps。

试过修正权限都无大帮助。
搵过外国网，见有好多人都遇见样问题，仍未搵到解决办法。
请问呢到有无高手可指教？
究竟系咪策略，迫用家换新电脑？

How did you perform the upgrade?

Try a clean install to see if it helps.

Thx for ur advice.
I just downloaded fromvAppStore, installed it when download done.
Sorry, how to clean it? =Format?

Check the Activity Monitor first and see if there are any program hanging...

I have this problem since the last update...

Thx first.
I just recalled what was happening when i installed Mavericks.
When my mac auto restarted, it stuck at white screen, i needed to manually shut down & switch on. I did happen a few times.
Dont know why my mac encountered this problem...
