HKBN

I am using HKBN in home, I have a win 7 and using IE/Firefox to access my China office Exchange 2013 Webmail.

But everytime I Need click the send button,it will have a error.

is it HKBN blocked or router setting problem? because IF I pass my computer to office (HGC),it is without any problem for send.

** the server loccated in China, and seem other Users is ok.

HKBN only allow their smtpo.hkbn.net using port 25. You need to change the outgoing mail server to smpto.hkbn.net or not using port 25 to send out.

sorry, we are not using a SMTP for send out email in Outlook.

we are using Exchange server for the connection and my question is using Webmail for it.
