Question about subtitle srt and mkv merge

I use mkvmerge to merge the mkv and srt.

The simple Chinese has no issue but the traditional Chinese show all kind of strange square character.

Anyone know what is the issue?

I tried mkvmerge and it shows up as different signs for traditional Chinese..

any recommendation or suggestion?

试下打开字幕档(用notepad 都开到)
然后另存新档时编码选UTF-8
