connect mac outlook to Exchange 2013

we just start to use Exchange . the server located in china.

HK have about 10 users, 5 PC +5 mac.
we are using Mac outlook 2011. all mac setup the a/c already, but all mac always show me ' connecting to server name'. then after few mins it will resume.

But after a while, it will show me 'not connected to server' again..
In this period, they only can use Webmail .

I did test 2 ISP, with different user, but no luck.
But our Win7 user seem working ok.
any Ching have idea? thanks

similar case happened b4, the IT guy found out there is something wrong with the firewall/router setting that only blocked some service in Mac (not Win platform);
maybe u can double the firewall/router setting first

dear C-Hing, do you remember which service need to check? then I can forward it to our China I.T.
seem the apple Iphone will affect too.

will pass to china IT team to check it.

by the way, it happened in Mac only. example: sometime can work about 2 hours,then all mac disconnected. but after 30mins,it sudden resume.

And tested,if this period, I using Iphone with a 3G/4G sim card to refresh the mailbox,it will fail too.
