about outlook 2011 fonts

HI, I tested in my outlook, I using fonts candara 13 for default fonts.

But why when I send out email to a PC outlook client, when PC read the email, the fonts will change to fonts size = 8?

so the email fonts is very samller if send by the mac users.
PC using outlook 2007, mac using outlook 2011 . Both user using same Exchange server

does pc outlook get the same font?

because I have a mac and pc with same account for test.

If someone using Mac outlook ,fonts 13 to send me, my pc will show is 8, but mac will be same.


or send from PC-> Mac client, it is ok too.
