youtube loading PROBLEM

最近突然LOAD YOUTUBE 影片LOAD 左好耐都唔到 (应该是任何FLASH影片) , 只可LOAD到30-40 SEC 就停. 一系就见到LOAD BAR LOAD 完, 但就睇唔到
连苹果日报动新闻都唔得
I am using win 8, IE 10. I checked the flash player version is latest version.
Pls. help. thank you CHing

升级上IE 11
用其他浏览器 有没有相同问题 ? ? ?(Firefox,Chrome )

I downloaded firefox but same problem exists.
it improves the performance when using YouTube HTML5 影片播放器
but I still can't read 苹果日报动新闻
what's the problem????
