ipad repair

My Ipad is ordered form USA, now cannot turn on.
have go to apple center, they said HK cannot replace a new one for me, because this Pad is from USA..
And they will not repair any IPad, just do the replacement.
any Ching have same problem?
so I must send back to USA for change...

美国机, 可能系 制式问题, 同香港版有唔同, (冇记错 美版系锁机版)

because my one is a 4G version....HK side said they don't have service for it..
they only can do the replacement which is for wifi only or HK 3G/4G version pad.

US doesn't repair iPad as well...
