I think H97 doesnt really match with i3 coz h97 is high grade but i3 is low grade
H81/B85 is better, around $400~600

also, 450w psu is enough for u

Seagate 1tb hdd just cost around $400(im not sure)
ram doesnt need to use dual channel, singal channel(that means a 8gbram, not 2*4gb) is ok, and cheaper, but up to u

So i think ur list should change mb to h81/b85, cpu use i5, display card use 750ti( better performance), lower watt psu(cheaper), singal channel ram (chaper)
