how to uninstall program from MAC

我系MAC新手,有以下问题:
1) 点delete 一个programe?因为window有个function uninstall program 但系MAC无.
2) 点样清除唔要的档案?e.g. cookies, temp file etc

2. 删除browser cookies，直接在browser已经可以做到
temp file可以靠软件副助清除

so, just move to trash, means uninstall the program. that's cool
