I am wondering virus can stop all the files readable from CD-rom

Dear ALL,

I am wondering virus can stop all th files readable from CD-rom. I have asked this question because I do not think that my blu ray disc rom has any problem, but it cannot read.

Could you tell me what can I do for it?

Why not?

A virus can be a full control computer program.
Is CD-rom access only a part of full control?

Btw, your "because I do not think that my blu ray disc rom has any problem" is not a good reasoning.

Virus CAN control, that exactly means your blu ray disc rom has no problem.

There is no diagnosis or well described symptom at the moment.
It's quite impossible to fix this thru a thread.
