So sad...My time capsule cannot connect to internet

Dear brothers,I already received a TC. I am using netvigator as ISP, using DHCP. It should be very simple to setup. But now, I can control TC through WiFi but can't connect to internet. The indicator in Airport Utility is yellow for internet. Please help. Below please find 2 photos of my internet settings.Thank you for your help in advance.

I could ping the 187.254, did you reboot the modem?

Thanks zzz99 ching. I turned all the things off, including the modem and TC and then took a shower. After that, I turned them back and it can connect internet now. The speed is around 200mbps, 10 times faster than the so-called 300mbps tp-link router.

So what's the transmit rate on your MB?

Did you also setup the 5Ghz wifi network? Make sure the password is on WPA2, and setup the TM backup!

From the information from pressing option and the the wifi icon, it is using 5G and the transmission rate is 300.

一般情况用 MIX MODE 便可以。

系唔系光纤 modem? 有 4个 lan port?

Yes, 300mbps fibre and only 3 LAN ports in TC.

光纤 modem 如有 4 port，试下插第二个 port，
一系熄 modem 两个钟后先开返。
