EarPods

My iphone EarPods is almost out of function. I found that there is a cheaper one in Wanchai and Mong Kok but just wondering its functionality.
Does the cheaper one have the same functions such as single click to pause/play and triple click to play the previous song as the original one?
And can it be used to control the itunes on Mac?
If not, I would rather buy it from apple store.

Anyone have experience?

之前我有只iPhone 5 （non-S 已过保养）EarPods 有问题，我攞去apple store 话系我另一部5s 跟机出（带埋部5s去）
因为部5S未过保，佢检查完就换咗个 EarPods service unit （有盒）畀我。

Sadly, the warranty of my iPhone 5 was expired
