上网成日都出无法显示网页

依家用紧PCCW既上网
早排上网都仲好好地无事
依排开始唔知点解成日都会无法显示网页,要重新整理二三次先上到
就算开电话既APPS都会连线失败要重开APPS OR 重连WIFI
试过重新开过只ROUTER同MODEM都无用,但系系外面 OR 公司既上网就无咁既问题
有无人知道系乜事

Try to change the DNS on your computer, 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4

If it is working fine but not on your phone then it is DNS issue.

It sounds like it.

We always use the DNS from the ISP.

But if this fixed your problem, and you can contact their tech. support and let them know... if you care.


8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 is a free DNS service from Google, if you do not mind to use it, you can update this on your router so you don't have to do it manually on each device.
