Exchange Server 一问

而家用紧exchange 2010, 开左一个[email protected] 的 distribution group. Have the following members: user1, user2 and user3.
IF someone send email to [email protected]. 3 users will receive the mail, but the problem is: if user1 replied the email. User2 and user3 didn't know it. Have any configure or setting can handle this issue? They use outlook 2010.

You should instruct your users to use "reply all" instead of reply, then the distribution group email will also be included in the list, so that everyone can received.

咁如果个group 有10 个users 或以上,每天唔同,同埋每天处理100个或以上的mail. 冇理由reply to all, 会唔会有third party的app去handle?

如 [email protected], 佢地唔会reply to all?

在 Exchange Management Console 入面先 create Public Folder Database
再响 Toolbox 入面Public Folder Management Console 开一个 public folder
再 mail enable 佢
