想请教一下用NAS build-up iTunes Library (因为MBP 已差不多满了)是否很难弄，我已up-load 了 music folder to NAS, 但好似全部散晒，又不能存Album Cover... ，TC 上build-up可否做得与在MBP 上做的一样呢？

你地讲紧NAS定系Time Capsule? 我刚刚买咗只"先疴嚟止"，抄晒个iTunes Library过去就得喎，同摆internal一样。

Of course we could store the music library on NAS/TC.

Start from the beginning

1- iTunes
2- File --> Library --> Consolidate files(to make sure they all goto the same location first)
3- Preferences --> Advanced
4- iTunes media file location --> Change it to NAS, then it will migrate the data over, warning: it will take awhile... make sure you are on ethernet cable connection.

iTunes will cache the album cover file and some data on the local drive but the mp3/app/movie will be on the NAS/TC.

I have been using the NAS as iTunes library for years, it works very well.

The screenshot below show that even I am not connected to my NAS, it still show the cover!

呢个个人认为系本身啲歌有无做好tagging。举个例，由CD import出黎嘅实会分好。系呢个大前体之下抄去边个strucutre我唔信会散。。。
只系改iTunes library location。。收工

You are confused, pretty much all the NAS are cloud, you just have to know how to open the port on your firewall.

I have been using Synology, very stable and affordable.

就咁move library 去nas系无问题。但我用nas个music station, 家中每部机都share library时就会出现无cover同分唔到album既问题

So u wont find out the problem of the music share function of synoloxx nas. I found some thread in synoloxx forum and said this is an unsolved problems.

Errr... I have 2 laptops with iTunes library and they both have the same music, somehow I did not think of sharing the same library from 2 computers...

You know what, there is a walk around... instead of using the sharing from iTunes, just point it to the library folder manually.
