2010 MacBook 好似系 3.0 Gbps Serial ATA (SATA)，无须贵价 & 超快的 6.0Gbps ，因为限了 3.0 Gbps 。
市场上的 6 Gbps SATA SSD 是可以向下兼容，已经很难找 3 Gbps 了。
**** OCZ 已清盘，勿买。****
我 2009 MacBook 好象是 240GB ~$1300 kingston Hyper or SanDisk (不在身边)

买之前check清楚你部机系用7mm定系9mm。
我试过用leopard只dvd boot机，想用Time machine装返个backup（已升级到Mavericks），最后系唔得既，最后我搵天才朋友帮我fresh install Marvericks，再用migration assistant过返d backup。

but i am a noob for those chips.

You see, if I upgrade to a 256gb ssd. It cost only for about 1.5k
If I upgrade to a new macbook air, it will cost about 7~8k

the difference between the two of it include the weight, battery life and of course performance. (my macbook now can use about 4 hours which I need to bring the charger with me that brings me extra weight.) Although I think that c2d is still enough for me because mostly my job is about typing, typing and typing.

If you change to SSD, you should be able to use your macbook longer than 4 hr as no moving part in SSD is involved.

But the Haswell CPU is quite good
A lot of comments show that the new MacBook air can use over 6hrs and 13inch can use over 10hrs

Overall I will upgrade to 256 SSD for my MacBook but also will save up for the new update MacBook air

Is the SSD able to use slope way?(I don't know how to describe because HDD doesn't recommend using 斜斜地)

I think even using SSD upside down is not a problem.
