iPad 2 3G/Wifi 版 64G - "Replacement needed"

之前restore我既另一account backup落iPad 2 都得，今日想拎去放，系街到reset factory setting后，重新开机开始由"hello" set起，去到问Wifi之后，就出 呢句野 Replacement needed ，去埋apple店问都话我hardware 问题。但原来上网一搵，早系三四月时，本地及外国已开始有人话佢部iPad 2 都系咁，总之reset亲就中招，有D话连restore旧backup都唔得。

个个都有呢个问题，apple点可以只系话hardware问题，跟住就搬维修条款出黎，话只有换一部，成HKD1900几，网上forum个个都系咁俾apple d Genius 回覆...

用 itune restore 可否？

唔得，出同一message ，上面既post里面既外国user都系话接返iTune都唔得.... 不论update OS连当new iPad去set或restore from backup.... 都系出一样message

似乎是Apple database 有问题。

However, the only solution is to conrtact AppleCare, because the serial number of your iPad is missing from Apple's database/servers and the engineers need to manually input your serial number into it - (I think that's what they have to do, I don't have the exact details). Without calling AppleCare, they would not be able to solve your problem, because to Apple, your serial number is inexistant, and there is no way for them to find out which serial numbers are missing from Apple's databases/servers."

我都觉得系apple问题，只系佢地用条霸王条款(过左warranty，有任何事发生，包括好似呢d软件上既bug都唔会理)，同埋误导人既system message ( "Replacement Needed") 系度敷衍我地呢d小用户....

系不同既forum上可见，iPad 2呢个问题系各地都有发生，虽然已经两年既机，即使机仲系好好地去卖，都系值千零蚊，但最唔值系Apple唔认自己问题... 上次iPhone power掣有事，都会全球回收，呢d过期产品，就唔理

我其实考虑紧投诉Apple，向媒体报料呢单野，同埋消委会，只系唔知点样讲返件事出黎，毕竟科技产品问题唔容易解释，软件硬件问题，甚至俾人话"唔识用"，举证唔易，大家有无咩意见俾下呢?

明知是苹果问题梗系企硬投诉。
