真系香港人先做得出...未开过, 拎去推. okkk.
cheap到activate咗部机, download咗iphoto, imovie, pages, number etc. 再攞去退就真系cheap到无人有.

不少炒卖 iPad Air 的人损失惨重，现在更纷纷以 – 500 的售价在网上求售。不过有一些立心不良的人教他们可以到 Apple Store 全数退款免蚀让，更无良的开封来用来偷apps ，详情如下:

Apple 为保障消费者，在购买后 14天内可以带同收据及所有盒及物品，全数退回给买家，有不良炒家滥用此机制将「蟹货」全数退回，一位不愿透露名字的 Apple Store 员工表示，很多客户拿两台或以上的 iPad 来退款。
更令人发指的是，有些用家故意开盒在网上启动，然后特意购买 Keynote、Pages、Numbers、iPhoto及 iMovie Apps，好让自己的旧装置免费使用，成功后再去退款。这些炒家多次严重影响正常用家购买，今次这样滥用退货服务，很可能令用家以后不能再享用这个权利

不是几明。login 自己 account，买软件就是收 credit card 钱，甘 "故意开盒在网上启动" 呢个动作是做甚么?

好明显就系有d用旧款ipad/iphone既炒家, 想要apple送个d imovie iphoto pages number etc个d app.

有5c或5s都有免费。但最好用32G以上，iWork 同iPhoto 等Apps 几大吃。

炒机本身无可厚非，只是供求失衡做成，但有些人又话要开盒玩几日先退，我真系觉得好乞衣。而家仲要偷埋唔属於佢的app。无嘢好讲

这个问题我可以百分之一千向你保证，美加这是好常见的现象，他们可以比香港人有教育，但品格绝对唔会高尚过香港人，因为一个强国，的人当然系会串，唔会觉得自己有缺点。

No, I am not blaming Apple for offering great service to customers. I just say such 100% refund policy will stimulate speculation or impulse buying by making it zero cost. If the returned iPad Air is unopened, 100% is acceptable. For opened item, a charge (5-10%) should be imposed. There is no such thing as free lunch.

我公司重劲，三十日内可退款，不需任何理由，再恶d用左信用咭俾钱都可以退返现金，有d人个个月去唔同分店，我地做细既都冇得出声，同上面反映，佢地只会话这个情况好少，可接受！所以我都好唔like这些人，我都系apple既炒家，但从来未试过退款或打去800駡人退单！
好希望快点取消退款，唔好影响到他人啦！

If the issue is around the downloading of iWork, my suggestion is that when you activate the iPad Air, at the screen where it asks the user to download iWorks, it should also generate a warning saying something along the line of "After downloading iWorks, you'll be charged the full price of the iWork Suite if you return the product"

Your suggestion is good! But I still think for opened/activated item the buyer (no matter he is a speculator or not) should bear a little bit cost for returning the item. The intention of Apple's 100% refund policy is good, but the policy is subject to abuse. Also, there is also a dispute of fairness because AOS buyers have to bear 15% cost for returning the item.

其实退钱都唔系唔得，但不能100%，要收返restocking fee，咁先至防止到滥用。

其实无需帮apple担心，咁大间国际公司，咁多精英员工，佢可以列出呢种条款，一定无死错人，你地觉得apple唔通真系会蚀本都会做？
佢卖一部机成本系几多大家都知，就算每卖三部退一部佢都有赚，跟住又当番新机卖！
我地作为顾客根本毋须帮apple考虑佢自己的经营成本。呢种损耗成本一早计埋入我地无退货嘅人身上。

外国差不多间间铺头都可以refund and exchange.
你一句话唔满意就可以退款。apple 野都可以照退。
你话有冇品就唔评论。但公司受退款既，一早已经预左有咁既客。

Unfortunately, this is a very usual policy in US Retail. For example, my roommate back in college bought a set of nice speakers at Walmart for his party. He then returns the speakers the next day (getting full refund).

While people can definitely abuse the system, however, I think the intention is that people abusing the system is really only a small portion of all the customers they service and therefore it is more important for them to give their customers the comfort that if they really don't like what they bought or they confirm is not the right product for them, they can return it. Again, don't punish the true customers because of the fake customers.

With the millions of iPads sold, how many do you think came from speculators? 1%? 5%? 10%? I'm sure Apple had studies around it and concluded that it is not worth punishing the remaining 9x% because of these people.

呢个本来就系Apple比我地所有用家既一个保障，若我地用过部机14日内发觉唔满意，我地都可以要求回水，呢个系一个非常好既售后服务，唔该你唔好因为一d无道德又唔环保既少数人而大大声话呢个Apple政策不应该啦。

呢d叫「hassle free」return policy，喺外国好普遍架咋

Apple有退货翻新制度及生产线, 返厂包返胶, 打磨下清洁下, 改下serial no控制到成本就可以.
用家们滥用不断退货都会自食其果, 例如用家买到的" 新货"可能是上手看完AV再把iPad 退货的产品

(其实边有那么多新机给你换)

其实Apple出名转数快, 近几年被炒家训练到善於无声无色地突然180度改变政策, 所以将来演变到只系亚洲地区无得退货也不出奇.

但是亚太区只靠正真用家我想Apple要乞食了, 种种现像显示APPLE还是要靠炒家/BOT友们造势制做热卖假像的营销策略!

authorised reseller 要去返跟返果间authorised reseller既政策.
full refund系apple retail store买先有, apple online store要扣钱

其实apple retail store既full refund有左好耐, 无乜好惊奇.
就算万几蚊部MAC BOOK PRO开完盒玩完了, 点玩玩尽佢都得, 只要无花, 在限期内拎返去一样可以全数refund. 用呢招可以唔洗钱"借"部mac book pro去做project
