The run file is a shell file. You have to change it to be executable and then run that file in the terminal,

sh ati.......run ( file name)

The chances are you will get an error message if your library is not linked properly.

Maybe you should ask again with more details of what your distribution is, so maybe some gurus will help you.

My Linux is Ubuntu 13.04
