imac 2012 late, 10.9 sleep 之后死左，要熄power reboot!!!???

imac 2012 late, 10.9之前无故cut power
叫apple care 师傅 上门 换了 火牛 ＋ 底板
过了几日
今日发觉 sleep 之后醒唔返，完全无反应

Sleep: 有两种不同情况
1. in System Preferences - Energy Saver - Display Sleep, Computer Sleep这个mode 是叫得醒的
2. 用finder, 苹果pull down menu, sleep 之后是叫不醒的, 一定要熄poweruse the power button to boot up again

Problem in
1. Hardware???
2. Software???
