求2010年MC516 小白改SSD意见

想自行改SSD增加performance,请问在选购SSD时，需选择什么规格SSD才适合使用在这部2010年的MC516小白呢？
（已加了8gb ram)

SATA3, because even sata1 or 2 still cost around the same price.

Go for Crucial M4 240GB and I would go for 480GB, it is much more affordable now.
