现机2009年买入，行window xp ，部机想重新安装window前先format c drive, 请问甚么去dos ？ wondow xp 碟冇得选.

又如下configure, 可upgrade win 7 吗？

师兄,想请问你你之前安装过windows xp未呢,点会问windows xp安装光碟系有dos mode拣既?好简单咋喎,插只xp安装光碟入cd rom,重开机,跟住佢做,问你装你边度,格式化诸如此类,佢同你搞掂,边洗好似装win 98咁又要系dos 度fdisk架

no need to use DOS.
Window XP require FAX 32 format. Since it is 32 bit OS. Only support max 3.5GB RAM.

Base on CPU, you can install Window 7. But you only have 2GB RAM. Therefore you only can install 32bit Window 7.

PS. Window 7 suggest use NTFS format

Window setup 碟可以format我就不用问了，只能在c drive 另起新win 咋. 我想要先format c drive kill bugs ，最烦系唔知点去真正dos mode!

如果唔加RAM, 行win 7 会好慢, 用番win xp ,

又唔知重可以用几耐, 最终都系要升级(WIN7 or win 8)

Basely Win 7 is better than Win XP. From tech view, security or software support.
Base on your PC hardware, I will suggest use Win 7 is better then WinXP.
If you want your PC more effective, suggest you update RAM up to 4GB and install 64bit OS.

执相 use Photoshop or 光影魔术手?
if you use new version Photoshop, suggest use Win 7 and more RAM.

Q8400 唔差....加RAM 转 WINDOWS 7 / 8 好过

FORMAT 都系入返去安装界面就可以重新FORMAT DRIVE

kill 咩嘢bugs ?
安装Windows过程中同时可以format C drive,无须预先用什么dos mode 去做。

而家装机唔使用DOS MODE, 安装碟有FORMAT DRIVE 比你撊, 除非你只系D咩1键装机碟

唉! 我都有用windows 7 format, 不过明显lock 住几十gb, firmware virus 未kill到. 一定要真正 dos mode 至改到.

我知用dos开机碟ok, any easy way can make???

May be your harddisk has bad sector. Use software check your harddisk.

That still have other way to format harddisk. Like connect your harddisk to other PC and become second harddisk then format.

If you taking about partition, format can't delete partition.
Win 7 disk can delete partition, keep follow the step for installation, until you chose the install location where you can go detail for add or delete partition. After partition delete, not need to format again.
