求救 macbook air memory问题

我上个星期先啱啱del过啲无用嘅files，空左十几gb出黎，但唔知点解今日佢突然同我讲start up disk is almost full，於是我去check下，发觉得番100mb净，於是又del左啲野，多番6gb左右，点知几个钟后又同我讲话无memory，要我force quit d applications，唔quit就用唔到电脑因为佢每十几秒就弹出黎一次，我宜家又急住用电脑都唔知点算好，求救呀

Disk utility --> Erase free space, then do a reboot.

Just read that it doesn't free up any space, my fault.
I have been doing it and I though it actually give me space back.
Try this and find out which folder use the most space.
