清洁下个风扇

Open bottom cover, use vacuum cleaner to suck
Disable all fancy applications/antivirus running in background
Change to SSD & add RAM really help a lot
Reinstall a clean OS

If you are not planning to use it daily :
Sell if price is good
or
Attach ext HDDs, act as home server, BT, HIFI, TV player. Can use your new MBA or iDevices as remote.
(if it can't operate when lip close, then dim the screen and open an inch for ventilation)
