about Exchange 2013 owa err

When I go to my webmail a/c, sometime when I click the msg , it will show it. but if I click the msg again, seem ok.

any idea? the server located at China, is ISP speed problem?

I have check in google already, but seem they said IIS problem. thanks

不过例牌新手起Exchange 问题
1. 你Host 在大陆, 咁个Domain 及 IP 备左案未
2. PTR 做左未
3. Bandwidth Upload/Download 几多
4. 做Self-sign 定CA?

1.our domain name is hosted at HK ISP, only added a MX record for china IP in HK ISP.
2 PTR done.
3 10M, my home is using i-cable 8M only.
4 need check too.

because the server setup by China team.

by the way, if I use OWA in my home, it not always happen. Or if I click the same msg again,it will show the msg body . thanks

你server 即系放在国内，咁你登记左比大陆工信局未？
同埋唔系问你香港用什么upload download
系问紧你部exchange server
