为何HP DV4205TX 手提电脑的机壳拆不开？

1.我的HP DV4205TX 手提电脑行 Windows XP，但最近不知点解开机大约10-30分钟之后，就会自动关机，连电源制都自动熄灭！

我都有安装设 Norton Internet Security 防毒软件，应该唔会重毒！

2.由於此机有纪念价值，唔想dump！所以，我打去电话去问HP，佢地话过了一定期限，冇零件维修！可以自己去电脑商场找零件更换！

3.因此，我就赏试自己折开机壳的所有螺丝，但有一粒螺丝(外面有贴纸)，只可以松掉，但唔可以完全拔出来！点解呢？就算拆下此粒螺丝，

机壳亦有好多笋位扣住，惊拆坏机壳！唔知先后次序去拆机壳？
