请问.htaccess在httpd.conf如何设置？

我下载了源代码，解压到directoryroot 目录 ，文件夹包含一个.htaccess文件

网站根目录下根本不显示这个目录，去掉这个文件就可以，请问如何配置服务器？

服务器error log记录如下：
