php环境搭建问题
环境算是搭建得差不多了，可以出先phpinfo()这个函数显示的内容了，可是装完phpmyadmin，老是出问题，我之前就死因为phpmyadmin老是出问题才把mysql，php，apache又重装了，现在的问题是，用root进不了phpmyadmin，但是如果刷新一下会出现用户名不是root的，是一个乱码，然后不用填密码直接点击执行可以进入phpmyadmin，但是进去没有新建数据库的权利，而且下面有行代码，意思是“根据配置读取失败”，现在是我phpmyadmin的config.inc.php的配置，
