zend系列的程序我怎么都装不上啊?

我这两天装Zend Platform 怎么都装不上提示为下面的截图,请教怎么解决呢?很急啊,先谢谢各位啦
我的系统是xp professional，没有装apache，用的是iis，phpinfo（）检查正常
